Comprehensive Review and Analysis $100 per hour Document review, case analysis, chronology preparation, research, and other off-site consulting services.
On-Site Consultation and Attendance $125 per hour Client meetings, facility visits, in-person conferences, or other engagements requiring travel or on-site presence.
Deposition and Expert Testimony $150 per hour Time spent providing sworn testimony, attending depositions, or participating in trial proceedings.
Administrative Terms
Minimum billing increment: 15 minutes
Travel time billed at 50% of the hourly rate unless otherwise specified
Expenses such as mileage, lodging, or document reproduction billed at cost
Invoices issued monthly; payment due within 30 days
